Our Lead Project Manager brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, supported by a strong engineering background and hands‑on work across multiple areas of residential development. With a foundation in Civil and Environmental Engineering, she oversees project execution with precision, ensuring every phase is coordinated, compliant, and built to the highest standards. 

She has designed, managed, and supervised numerous programs and development initiatives, giving her a unique ability to lead teams, support clients, and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and industry professionals. Driven, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, she ensures every project moves forward smoothly and reflects the quality our clients expect.

TRISHA XAYBANHA - DESIGN MANAGER

Our Design Manager brings over 12 years of experience in spatial design, material selection, and construction coordination. She leads all finish selections, fixtures, tile, and material direction, shaping cohesive palettes that elevate each project’s aesthetic and feel. 

She has contributed to projects for design‑driven brands such as Aesop, adding to her experience in high‑standard detailing and elevated environments. Collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and specialty vendors, she translates creative concepts into clear, build‑ready documentation. With a sharp design eye and a practical understanding of construction, she provides GC‑aligned design support and field‑aware decision‑making that keeps projects beautiful, functional, and seamlessly executed.

DANIEL AYALA - OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our Operations Manager brings over a decade of hands-on experience in construction operations, with a deep understanding of field coordination, crew management, and site logistics. As Operations Manager, he oversees day-to-day execution across multiple job sites, ensuring timelines, safety standards, and build quality are consistently met. 

Known for his proactive leadership and calm problem-solving under pressure, Daniel works closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving efficiently. His ability to anticipate challenges and maintain clear communication between field and office teams makes him an essential part of our delivery process.

FRANCISO AYALA - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER 

Our CFO brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has built an exceptional network of contractors, suppliers, engineers, designers, and inspectors across Southern California. His financial expertise and long‑standing relationships allow us to secure the right teams, materials, and resources for every project. He oversees budgeting, job costing, and financial planning with precision, ensuring our clients receive transparent, dependable, and well‑managed service from start to finish.

GERARDO MORALES - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER 

Our COO brings over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with deep technical expertise in underground utilities and site infrastructure. He has managed complex builds from the ground up, working closely with engineers, inspectors, and field teams to ensure every phase is executed safely, efficiently, and to code. His leadership keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures every project is built on a strong, reliable foundation.
